Apple will now have even more advertising in the App Store

While Apple has implemented a policy that allows users to opt out of targeted advertising, the company continues to serve ads in some of its apps. An example of this is the App Store, which will soon have even more advertising.

The news is released by 9to5 Mac publication and reveals Apple’s advertising plans in its app store. Soon we will find even more announcements in the application store of the North American giant.

Soon you will see even more ads in the App Store

As the source pointed out, the App Store will now display more advertisements in addition to the search pages. In fact, two new ad slots will be created on the Today pages and in the apps.

On the Today page, new listings will be displayed on the second tab of the page. These will be easily visible thanks to their blue background and their listing as an advertisement.

Apple clarifies that the rest of this page will continue to focus on discovering new apps. After all, this is the home page every time a user enters the App Store.

The second place where the ads will appear will be on the pages of the application. These will appear at the bottom of the page, after the section that reveals more apps designed by the same developer.

This will allow developers to advertise their creations on other people’s pages. It will be another way to expand your influence to gain more users.

In fact, this is the core of the changes that Apple will make to its app store. The new advertising policies will allow developers to grow their business responsibly.

Apple’s concerns about the privacy of its users will not be ignored with these changes. For example, ads targeting users under the age of 18 will not be shown.

However, it is already promised that the ads displayed on the App Store will be relevant to the user. In other words, they will try to respond to the needs of everyone who uses an Apple product.

The new locations will begin testing very soon. However, it is not known when all users will start seeing them.
