There are several rumors circulating in the web world about the new iPhone SE and iPad Air 5 to be launched at the spring brand conference, scheduled for March 8.

Now comes another clue that reinforces the idea that both mobile devices will arrive very soon. Developers with access to the iOS 15.4 beta were able to detect the two devices, via placeholders contained in this version of Apple’s operating system.

Previously, sources linked to the industry had also anticipated that Apple had already started mass production of the brand’s new affordable smartphone, as well as the Air tablet.

Specs expected on iPhone SE

Apple has managed to keep the new iPhone SE secret, but some specifications integrated into the model have already been revealed on the Web, so it is expected that the terminal will have a similar design to the iPhone 8.

But the big news is, without a doubt, the integration of the brand’s proprietary A15 Bionic processor, as well as support for 5G communications. Other sources indicate that the new SE version of the smartphone will not be compatible with MagSafe technology and that, therefore, it will come with Q wireless charging.

Otherwise, the iPhone SE will arrive with a 4.7-inch screen, as well as a modest 1,820 mAh battery with support for 15-watt fast charging.

Now, the point that differentiates it from the rest of the brand’s models: it is speculated that the iPhone SE will hit the market at a cost of $300, that is, something like 270 euros.

As for the new iPad Air 5, rumors suggest that it is also equipped with Apple’s A15 Bionic processor and is compatible with 5G networks. The tablet is expected to pack a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle front-facing camera with support for CenterStage character centering.

It will also come with Touch ID, a 10.9-inch screen, and a USB Type-C interface. Apparently, the design will be similar to the previous model, released in 2020, and it will be available in space gray, rose gold, sky blue, silver and green.
