Recently, Tim Cook, CEO of Apple said that at the moment the App Store offers 14 thousand applications, based on Augmented Reality, and that this number could increase soon.
The head of Apple made these statements when asked by a journalist about the future plans of the Cupertino company for the Metaverse. The executive also added that the company sees a lot of potential in this area and is investing in it.
Cook also referred to Apple’s research and development team, saying “this is where the magic really happens.” The official ended the response by saying that Apple is investing in equipment that is not currently available on the market.
