Karnataka: Concerned about load shedding in India, a citizen has come up with a great solution for mobile charging and grinding spices. The citizen has started charging and grinding spices in the electricity office.
According to details, after the failure of the authorities in Karnataka to supply electricity, a citizen Hanuman Manthapa has solved his problem by going to the electricity office to charge his mobile phone and grind spices.
Even in the Indian state of Karnataka, power outages for several hours are not a new thing.
Hanumanthappa, a resident of Mangote village in Shivamuga district, is seen daily near the electricity office with a mixer, a jar and two cell phone chargers. And in the light of day, all the miscellaneous work related to electricity in the office takes the way home.
Interestingly, the staff of the electricity office does not bother the citizen, nor does he raise any objection.
This routine of the citizen started 10 months ago, when Hanumanthappa had lodged complaints of non-availability of electricity, his house was getting electricity only 3 to 4 hours a day, even after many months of follow-up and quarrels. Nothing really happened, so he got annoyed and called a senior Mescom official.
The citizen says that the senior officer angrily asked him to come to the office and get his work done, and since then he has been following it.
