An important revelation regarding the US-Iran negotiations

Negotiations between Iran and the United States in the Sultanate of Oman have been revealed.

US and Iranian officials have held indirect talks in Oman to further discuss Tehran’s nuclear program and other issues. This has been revealed in a report by US-based news outlet Axios.

White House Middle East coordinator Brett McGurk traveled to Oman on May 8 while Iran’s top nuclear negotiator Ali Bagheri Khan was in the Gulf country, the report said, citing three unnamed sources.

According to the report, Omani officials sent messages between diplomats who were in separate locations. He added that US President Joe Biden’s administration reached an agreement with Iran on its nuclear program in April "An outline of the Interim Agreement was presented.
