Amit Sadh Reveals Suggesting Sultan 2 to Salman Khan, Shares Film Experience

Salman Khan is a man of great strength and love, says Amit Sadh, who worked with the actor in the 2016 film Sultan. Sadh played the role of Akash, a wrestler who presents Khan’s character on TV. Their time on set had a profound impact on Sadh, who credits Khan with changing his life. In a recent conversation, Sadh shared some insights into their experience working together and what he learned from Khan.

A Lasting Bond

Sadh recalls Khan’s kindness and empathy, saying that even when facing an enemy, Khan would first ask about their mother’s well-being. This quality, Sadh believes, is a testament to Khan’s exceptional character. Their collaboration on Sultan was more than just a professional experience; it was a transformative one for Sadh.

Sadh even suggested to Khan that he should make Sultan 2. Khan, however, expressed concerns about his current shoulder injury, which he felt would make it challenging to reprise his role. Undeterred, Sadh jokingly offered to take on the role of the wrestler in the sequel, leaving Khan amused.

Upcoming Project: Pune Highway

Sadh is currently promoting his upcoming film, Pune Highway, a thriller drama directed by Bugs Bhargav Krishna and Rahul D’Cunha. The movie follows three friends whose lives are forever changed after a murder takes place. Alongside Sadh, the film features Jim Sarbh, Smita Tambe-Dogra, Swapnil Ajgaonkar, and Manjari Fadnis. Sadh is excited about the project and eager to share it with audiences.

As Sadh looks to the future, he hopes to collaborate with Khan again. He holds Khan in high regard, not just as a co-star but as a person who has had a lasting impact on his life. With Pune Highway on the horizon, Sadh is poised to captivate audiences once more.
