11 people have died due to the destruction caused by tornadoes in America.
According to the American media, many homes and other properties have been damaged in the states of Illinois and Arkansas on Friday night due to the storm.
Authorities say one person has died and several others have been injured in the Little Rock area of Arkansas. The storm also wreaked havoc in another town in the state, Wynne, where two deaths were confirmed.
One person was killed and 28 others were injured, five of them seriously, when the roof of a local theater collapsed in Blouder, Illinois.
Police say that according to preliminary information, when the theater was hit by the tornado, a concert was going on and about 260 people were there.
According to AP News, four people were killed in the small town of Wayne, Arkansas, three people were killed in Sullivan, Indiana, and other deaths occurred in Alabama, Illinois, Mississippi and the Little Rock area.
