As reported by BBC.com, Depp is suing Heard for $50 million over an item that she claims was abused. Amber claims that Depp also kicked her in the back and made her fall to the ground. In addition, the court heard a recording of Depp on the flight, in which he is seen ‘laughing’ as he suffers from the effects of drug use. After the incident, Heard said that he had met with her in New York to apologize and show that he had calmed down and wanted to change her. During this, jurors repeatedly heard about the incident on the plane.
In his testimony, Depp said he took oxycodone pills and fell asleep ignoring them. Amber alleged that she got into a fight with Depp, who was about 14 at the time, after an argument over her daughter, Lily-Rose. Let us tell you that Amber is countersuing for $100 million.
