Amazon's new step in the race for artificial intelligence (AI). The company has launched one Shopping assistant with generative AI that can answer your buyers' questions about a product. This new tool is integrated into the Amazon mobile application and is intended to simplify the shopping experience.
As a company spokesperson explained in statements to CNBC: “We're constantly inventing things to make our customers' lives better and easier, and we're currently testing a new feature based on generative AI to improve shopping on Amazon and help customers find answers to frequently asked questions about products receive.«.
Specifically, it’s about this new function prompts your users to ask questions about a specific item and the AI tool quickly returns a summarized answer, pulling information from reviews and the product description.
