Amazon is now selling the Echo Hub as the youngest member of its large Echo family. The Alexa-enabled smart home control panel is designed to provide users with a convenient and intuitive way to manage compatible smart home devices.
Echo Hub features an eight-inch touch display with a customizable smart home dashboard. This dashboard allows users to group and manage smart home devices, activate their Ring security system, start a routine, stay organized with widgets, or view multiple compatible cameras at once.

Echo Hub uses infrared technology to detect whether someone is near the hub. Echo Hub should seamlessly switch from a screen personalized with favorite photos or a clock to the dashboard for smart home control.
You can attach the Echo Hub to the wall or set it up with an optional stand. The integrated smart home hub supports the smart home standards Zigbee, Thread, Bluetooth and Matter and is intended to ensure compatibility with numerous smart home devices such as networked cameras, lights, locks, sockets, thermostats or speakers. Echo Hub supports wireless or, with a compatible, optional Power over Ethernet (PoE) adapter, wired Internet connections.

Amazon sells Echo Hub for 199.99 euros at amazon.de/echohub. Also available now are frames for 29.99 euros in white, light wood or metallic and a stand for 34.99 euros.
