The race for top-tier League of Legends is heating up. Brazil’s Challenger Circuit 2025, now in its second stage, is nearing its thrilling conclusion. This is the country’s Tier 2 championship, a vital stepping stone for teams hoping to make it big. On Monday, September 1st, the first team officially secured a spot in the Relegation tournament.
That coveted spot, a gateway to the LTA Sul, known as the League of The Americas, went to Alpha7 e-Sports. They earned their ticket by sweeping RED Canids Academy with a convincing 2-0 victory. For teams, apart from the academy squads, getting into the Relegation is a huge deal. It’s their chance to join the elite South American LoL circuit in 2026. Alpha7 e-Sports certainly grabbed their opportunity.

LOS was also fighting for an early qualification, but their path hit a snag. They faced Vivo Keyd Academy and lost 2-0, sending them down to the lower bracket. This means they’ll have to take a longer route to try and secure a spot. Only one more Relegation spot is left to claim. Three teams are still in the running for it: LOS, Flamengo, and IDL. It’s going to be a nail-biter.
