Allu Arjun just shared a heartfelt birthday message for his guru, director Raghavendra Rao. The actor posted two photos with the director on social media.
In the first picture, Allu looks really young and different. The second photo is from recent times, with Allu sporting a new beard and hairstyle. Along with the photos, Allu wrote, “Happy birthday to my guru Raghavendra Rao garu! My first director. The man who launched me into films. Gratitude forever.”
Raghavendra Rao directed Allu’s first film, “Gangotri,” a Telugu drama released in 2003. This was Rao’s 100th film as a director. Allu starred alongside Aditi Agarwal in the movie, with music by M.M. Keeravani. The film was later dubbed into Malayalam as “Simhakutty” and Hindi.
Allu Arjun expressed his gratitude to Raghavendra Rao, calling him his guru. The actor’s post is a tribute to the director who helped launch his career.
