Agreement with China, Russia and Iran?

In addition to questions relating to refugees, Jean-Yves Le Drian assured that France did not intend to recognize the power of the Taliban in Afghanistan, unless they meet several requirements. These are five in number: “no hindrance to the will of Afghans threatened to leave the country, to renounce terrorism other than through sentences, and with an official break with al-Qaida in particular, free access to aid. humanitarian, respect for fundamental rights and primarily those of women, and finally the establishment of a transitional government ”. The minister assured that in case of failure, “Afghanistan would become a pariah state”.

In the coming days, the various states involved in the region will try to find an agreement to guarantee the stability of the area.
