Akshay Kumar’s Spiritual Visit to Mahakumbh Mela
Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar took a dip at the Triveni Sangam at the Mahakumbh Mela in Prayagraj, and he was all praises for the arrangements made by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Speaking to the media, Akshay shared his experience, saying, “I enjoyed it very much; the arrangements are great. We thank Chief Minister Yogi ji for making such good arrangements.” He also recalled his visit to the Mahakumbh Mela in 2019, noticing a significant improvement in the arrangements this time around.
Akshay expressed his gratitude to everyone involved, including the Uttar Pradesh Police and the workers, for their efforts in making the event a success. He said, “Now, all the big people are coming – Ambani, Adani, big actors are coming. The way Mahakumbh has been arranged, it’s very good. All the policemen, as many workers, who have taken so much care of everyone, I want to thank them very much by folding their hands.”
Celebrity Attendees at Mahakumbh Mela
The Mahakumbh Mela, which started on January 13 and will end on February 26, has seen a slew of celebrity attendees, including Vicky Kaushal, Kailash Kher, Vivek Oberoi, Juhi Chawla, Pankaj Tripathi, Rajkumar Rao, Neena Gupta, Sanjay Mishra, Sonali Bendre, Vijay Devarakonda, and Shaan, all of whom took a holy dip at Triveni Sangam.
Akshay Kumar’s ‘Mahakal Chalo’ Album Launch
Before taking the holy dip, Akshay released a music video called ‘Mahakal Chalo’ in association with singer Palash Sen. The song, sung by Akshay and Palash together, is dedicated to Lord Mahakal Shankar and has been well-received by fans on the occasion of Mahakumbh Mela.
