Akshara said: ‘I was getting a lot of threats that he (ex-boyfriend) would kill me or ruin my career, but after my conversation with my father, my fear was over. I became so strong that I stopped worrying about anything. The fear of losing your life is over. I had seen so much in life that the fear of death was over. I thought what are you going to do, you are not going to kill, we are going to kill. My ex-boyfriend had sent some guys who had bottles of acid in hand and they also tried to ruin my career. The boys used to follow me with a bottle of acid in hand. I was persecuted by people who use drugs on the streets. I just tell God that no woman should see a phase like the one I have seen.
