After almost 2 years in Masjid-ul-Haram, social distance marks were removed

I came to see the soulful scene in the Masjid Haram on the occasion of Fajr prayers on Sunday. Two years later, the Saudi government removed the signs of social distance in Haram Makki.

Last year, due to the social distance restriction caused by the global epidemic Corona virus, safety measures and precautionary measures were marked under the Corona SOPs, while a limited number of worshipers were allowed to attend.

Recently, the Saudi Interior Ministry approved the relaxation of SOPs. In this relaxation, full attendance of workers and pilgrims has been allowed in the Masjid Haram, however, all people will have to wear masks permanently.

In addition, the schedule for Umrah and prayers will continue to be determined through the “Atemarna” or “Tawakalna” mobile application.

Today, almost two years after the Fajr prayers on Sunday, in the voice of Imam Haram Sheikh Bandar Balela, specific phrases were recited to the worshipers to correct the rows.

The video of Fajr prayers has gone viral on social media all over the world.

Earlier, after the Masjid-ul-Haram was fully opened for worshipers on the instructions of the President for Public Affairs, the boards and stickers for social distance instruction in the Haram-e-Sharif have been removed.
