A citizen from the Indian state of Kerala managed to reach Saudi Arabia after traveling on foot for 370 days.
According to foreign media reports, Shahab, an Indian citizen, started his journey on June 2 last year with strong intentions. He traveled 370 days on foot to reach Saudi Arabia.
The distance between India and Saudi Arabia is about 8,640 kilometers. Shahab reached there via Pakistan, Iran, Iraq and Kuwait.
The Indian citizen also traveled on foot to important places in Saudi Arabia. He walked from Makkah and reached Madinah after 9 days. Shahab along with his mother will get the blessing of Hajj this year.
Millions of Muslims from all over the world are leaving for Saudi Arabia to perform Hajj. 1 lakh 75 thousand Muslims from India also reached Makkah.
