Bollywood actress Yami Gautam is celebrating her 37th birthday today. Her husband, director Aditya Dhar, publicly shared a heartfelt message for her on social media.
Dhar posted several striking photographs of Gautam on his Instagram handle. In his accompanying caption, he expressed profound love and admiration for his wife.
“Happy birthday Yami. You are my most favorite person,” Dhar wrote. “Talking to you, laughing, planning, and coming home feels the best. Thank you for giving so much love, caring so much, and always being yourself. I am very lucky to live my life with you. I love you very much.”
The couple married in a private ceremony on June 4, 2021, in Himachal Pradesh. Only 18 family members and close friends attended the intimate event.
Gautam famously wore her mother’s 33-year-old silk saree for the wedding. She recently gave birth to their son, Vedvid, on May 10, 2024.
Aditya Dhar is a well-known film director, writer, lyricist, and producer. He made his directorial debut with the critically acclaimed ‘Uri: The Surgical Strike.’
Dhar is currently generating buzz for his upcoming action-thriller film, ‘Dhhurandhar.’ The movie is set to feature a star-studded cast including Ranveer Singh, Sanjay Dutt, Akshay Khanna, R. Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Sara Arjun, and Rakesh Bedi. ‘Dhhurandhar’ is scheduled for release on December 5, 2025.
Yami Gautam’s most recent appearance was in the film ‘Haq,’ a courtroom drama. The movie drew inspiration from the landmark 1985 Shah Bano case and co-starred Emraan Hashmi. ‘Haq’ premiered on November 7, 2025.
