Seven more masseuses have come forward, accusing Baltimore Ravens player Justin Tucker of inappropriate sexual behavior, as reported by the ‘Baltimore Banner’ website. This development brings the total number of masseuses from the Baltimore area who have denounced Tucker’s behavior to 16, spanning eight spas. The incidents, according to the complainants, occurred between 2012 and 2016.
Accusations and Incidents
The number of accusations against Tucker has doubled since six masseuses initially shared their experiences with the media. The complainants allege that Tucker engaged in inappropriate behavior, including exposing and touching some of the therapists with his genitals. In fact, two spas have prohibited Tucker from returning due to his actions.
The player, however, has denied the initial accusations, stating that he had never received complaints from any masseuse or been told he was not welcome in a spa or other! business establishment. It’s worth noting that Tucker’s response has not addressed the new allegations, which have significantly increased the number of accusers.
Investigation and Response
The NFL has communicated that it will investigate the matter, with Commissioner Roger Goodell acknowledging the seriousness of the problems before the Super Bowl. “Obviously they are serious problems, and he is taking them seriously just like us,” Goodell said. The Ravens also issued a statement last month, emphasizing that “we take any accusation of this nature seriously and continue monitoring the situation.” As the investigation unfolds, it will be crucial to see how the league and the team respond to the growing number of accusations against Tucker.
