A member of Vijay Deverakonda’s team told the Hindustan Times that ‘Samantha and Vijay were doing a stunt sequence in the Pahalgam area of Kashmir. During which he was injured, this scene was very difficult. Both stars were supposed to drive a vehicle on a rope tied to both sides of the Lidder River, but unfortunately the vehicle fell into deep water and both suffered back injuries. “He was rushed to hospital for treatment later that day,” the crew member said.
According to the news, after this accident, Samantha and Vijay also returned to shoot on Sunday. This time they had to film at Dal Lake in Srinagar, but they both suffered from a lot of back pain during filming. After which he was taken to the hotel in Dal Lake and the physical therapist was called there, both of them are currently undergoing physical therapy. However, after completing the Kashmir calendar, the entire ‘Kushi’ crew is back.
