Valencia Basket completed the playoff draw, that will start this Saturday with the dispute of the Baskonia-Joventut. The other seven teams had already obtained their ticket to the final phase of the season. Barça knew they were going to finish first and Cazoo Baskonia and Real Madrid were fighting for second and third place. Lenovo Tenerife and Unicaja, who will meet in the quarterfinals, were fighting for fourth place, which finally went to Txus Vidorreta’s men; and the sixth and seventh position was a matter for Gran Canaria and Joventut.

The quarterfinals will be played to the best of three games (the first to win two first qualifies) and the semifinals and final, to the best of five. The playoff starts this Saturday, May 27 and, at the latest, will end a month later, on June 27. The ACB has communicated the dates and times of the matches of this first qualifying round:

Semifinal and final dates of the Playoff 2023
The semifinals will start on June 6 and end on June 15 at the latest. The date of the final may vary depending on how many games the semifinals are resolved. If one or both of them reached the fifth game, it would start on Sunday June 18 and could last until Tuesday June 27. In the event that the semifinals are resolved in four games (at least one of them), the title series will begin on Friday, June 16 and end on the 25th of the same month. If the two semifinals are resolved in three games, the final would go from Wednesday, June 14 to Thursday, June 22.
