MonkeyLeague NFT game

MonkeyLeague is a esports gaming platform built on Solana (SOL) in which players compete against each other in a digital football world. AC Milan and MonkeyLeague are now launching a special in-game NFT collection together. It is the first football club to enter into a partnership with MonkeyLeague.

Casper Stylsvig, de chief revenue officer from AC Milan explained the partnership with MonkeyLeague.

“We are really looking forward to working with MonkeyLeague. With this collaboration, we are strengthening our position in the field of digital innovation.”

The Italian football club has been active in the crypto sector for some time. Earlier this year, the football club developed an NFT collection with historical highlights and a fantasy trading card game. In this game, players can collect and trade NFTs.

AC Milan, like some other sports clubs, already has its own cryptocurrency. This is the AC Milan Fan Token (ACM). The token was launched together in January 2021 and was listed on Binance a month later.
