It happened when Aalim was working as a hairstylist on the film’s set in Canada. The director asked him to fill in for an assistant who was unwell. Abhishek, known for his sense of humor, jokingly threatened to shoot Aalim in the foot if he didn’t do his job properly. The actor had a toy gun, which he used to fire fake bullets at the ground. But in a shocking turn of events, one of the bullets hit Aalim’s foot, causing him serious injury.
Aalim recalls the incident, saying that Abhishek was taken aback by the consequences of his prank. The rest of the cast and crew were also shocked, telling Abhishek that his joke had left them without a hairstylist. Abhishek was visibly upset by the incident.
