Deepika Padukone has shared a teaser video on Instagram in which she is seen talking to Olympic gold medalist Abhinav Bindra. The video of Deepika’s entire conversation with Abhinav will be released on Sunday on the occasion of World Mental Health Day. In the video, Abhinav talks to Deepika and tells how her mother had told her four years ago that she would make the country proud by winning gold, not silver, or bronze medals.
Abhinav said, my mother came to me, she was very upset and was about to cry, so she came and said, what would you win the bronze or silver medal today? It will happen in years. I kept quiet and after four years this came true, so my mother’s words should never be taken lightly. Deepika was stunned after listening to Abhinav.
Let us tell you that Abhinav is the first Indian to win a gold medal at the Olympics. He won the gold medal in the 10m air rifle shooting event at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Director Kannan Iyer is making a biopic about Abhinav. Harsh Vardhan Kapoor and Anil Kapoor will be seen in this film.
