Abelardo Signs Cedric Teguia for Cartagena

FC Cartagena has announced the signing of Cedric Teguia, one of the most talented players in Primera RFEF, and a product of Ceuta. The 23-year-old winger is the first reinforcement for the Abelard era.

Teguia has international experience with Spain’s U17, U18, U19, and U20 national teams. In the previous season, he scored 8 goals in 37 games and provided 4 assists. Born in Cameroon and naturalized Spanish, the 22-year-old arrives at FC Cartagena after an impressive season at AD Ceuta.

The Cameroonian winger began his training in the Atlético de Madrid youth academy, making his debut with the Colchonero reserve team in 2ªB at just 17 years old. Two years later, in the 2020/2021 season, Teguia was loaned to Real Oviedo, where he made his professional debut in LaLiga, facing his new team FC Cartagena. In addition to his time with Oviedo, Teguia has also played for Albacete, Celta B, Córdoba, Intercity, and AD Ceuta.
