Moscow: President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree to provide financial support to Ukrainian citizens immigrating to Russia.
According to foreign media reports, the decree on the official portal was signed by Vladimir Putin today.
Citizens immigrating to Russia, including prisoners, disabled persons and pregnant women, will be financially supported to support their lives.

According to the decree, 10,000 rubles per month will be paid as pension to the citizens moving to Russia from February 18. Amount will be given to pregnant women only once.
Citizens immigrating to Russia from Donetsk and Luhansk will be eligible. Russia recognizes these areas as independent.
On February 18, Vladimir Putin announced 10, 10,000 rubles for citizens coming from Donetsk and Luhansk.
Russia is increasing pressure on the rival country by providing passports to Ukrainian citizens. America has declared this action of Russia as illegal.
