A 13-year-old boy would have won the game of Tetris for the first time

A 13-year-old American boy could become the first person to win the game Tetris since its introduction in 1984.

Video game fans thought it was impossible to beat Tetris in its classic version, but little Willis Gibson proved otherwise.

This boy from Oklahoma streams under the name “Blue Scuti” and was surprised to see the game crash on one of his streams.

In the video you can see that Willis reached level 157 with a score of 999999, but at some point he reached the “kill screen” or screen collapse.

“My God, my God. I'm losing consciousness. “My hands are tingling, I can’t feel them,” the boy said on the show.

This unprecedented achievement was achieved almost 40 years after the game's release on the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES).

Until now, it was assumed that classic Tetris could not be completed or “reset” by a human.

In fact, only an artificial intelligence tool had managed to do this, which is why it was considered impossible in the gaming world.

The 13-year-old needed a lot of concentration and 38 minutes to master this enormous challenge of playing Tetris.

In the video you can see that the young man has a great ability to locate and eliminate blocks that fall in different shapes.

“When I started playing this game, I never expected the game to crash or overflow,” Gibson wrote in the video description.

Little Willis will go down in history as the first person to master the game of Tetris, and many already consider him a legend.

In addition, this kid also broke world records for the highest score, highest level achieved, and total number of lines completed in Tetris.

Tetris was developed in 1984 by Soviet engineer Aleksei Pàjitnov and is considered one of the most popular video games in history.
