According to Arab media reports, government sources have dismissed rumors that a funeral fee has been set in Saudi Arabia.
Sources said that it has been decided to fix the fee for the funeral and it is not being considered.
In this regard, the sources clarified that they should not listen to the news spread on social media, no decision has been taken in this regard and no such plan has been formulated.
It is believed that rumors have spread on social media in Saudi Arabia with reference to the Minister of Local Government that the cemeteries are being run under a private company so that better services can be provided and then a fee will be fixed for the funeral.
Government sources have stated in no uncertain terms that this is true.
