It was the huge bomb of the day. The trailer of Spider-Man: No Way Home leaked on social networks. Poor quality, it looks like it was a member of the special effects team or a loved one who leaked the very private trailer. The images were so bad that it was difficult to capture anything except a few promising details that we will avoid revealing to you if you want to keep the surprise of the real trailer, which is still pending.
However, this bomb did not really please Sony who rushed to remove the source video and tries to do the same for all new derivative posts. But the workload seems immense, almost impossible since the leak of the trailer is widely found on the Internet, and in particular on Youtube.
Marvel and Sony may therefore be forced to review their strategy. The latest rumors insisted on an exceptional release of the trailer during the CinemaCon (scheduled from August 23 to 26), but given the still unfinished special effects of the leak, it could be even more distant. Especially that Marvel and Sony could modify their trailer to recreate the surprise among fans who have voluntarily spoiled. This case was already present at Marvel, who had modified the trailer ofAvengers: Infinity War for its big premiere after its exceptional broadcast during the San Diego Comic-Con 2017.

So umpteenth game of Marvel studios, choice to produce several teasers to secure in the event of any leakage or huge blunder ? Only time will tell, but one thing is certain: Kevin feige assured, during a promotional interview for Shang-Chi, than Spider-Man: No Way Home will receive a trailer before its release on December 17, 2021.
