Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet attended the 2026 Vanity Fair Oscar Party at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art on Sunday, March 15. The couple posed for cameras on the red carpet, where Chalamet was photographed with his arms wrapped around Jenner’s waist and kissing her on the cheek.
Jenner arrived at the after-party in a custom black McQueen gown featuring a hip cutout and a ruffled train. The outfit marked a wardrobe change from the red beaded Schiaparelli gown she wore earlier in the evening to the 98th Academy Awards ceremony. Chalamet walked the Vanity Fair carpet in a custom all-white Chrome Hearts leather suit paired with high-top sneakers.

The Vanity Fair appearance followed a difficult awards ceremony for Chalamet. He lost the Best Actor category for his performance in the Josh Safdie film “Marty Supreme” to Michael B. Jordan, who won for his role in “Sinners.” Overall, “Marty Supreme” failed to win any of its nine nominations at the Dolby Theatre.
During the Oscars telecast, Chalamet was targeted by jokes from host Conan O’Brien and received subtle criticism from director Steven Spielberg. The remarks followed recent viral backlash after Chalamet stated at a Variety/CNN Town Hall that he did not want to work in ballet or opera because “no one cares about this anymore.”
While seated together inside the Dolby Theatre during the live broadcast, a viral clip analyzed by lip-readers allegedly showed Chalamet telling Jenner, “I hate this,” and “Tonight, I need a big cuddle.” Jenner was seen comforting him in response.
Sunday’s red carpet appearance continues a series of highly publicized awards-season outings for the couple. They previously made headlines for sharing kisses at the 2025 and 2026 Golden Globes, as well as the Critics’ Choice Awards.
