FalleN’s Mentee Daiki Crowned VALORANT World Champion, MVP

Brazilian player Natália “daiki” Vilela led Team Liquid to an unprecedented world title in the VALORANT Game Changers Championship on Sunday, marking Brazil’s first global victory in the game’s inclusive circuit and culminating a mentorship from esports icon Gabriel “FalleN” Toledo.

Team Liquid secured the championship by defeating Shopify Rebellion Gold 3-1 in the final match. Vilela was also named the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the competition, underscoring her individual dominance.

The Game Changers Championship is VALORANT’s premier inclusive tournament, designed to promote diversity within esports.

Following the win, Gabriel “FalleN” Toledo, widely known as “professor” and one of esports’ most significant figures, publicly congratulated Vilela on her achievement via social media.

The connection between the two professionals dates back to 2020. That year, FalleN launched the “TREINANDO KIDS ACADEMY” on YouTube, an initiative aimed at coaching aspiring young players.

Five years after FalleN’s program began, Vilela has now reached the pinnacle of the global VALORANT scene.
