Vanessa Hudgens and husband Cole Tucker have welcomed their second child. The actress shared the news on social media, detailing an intense birthing experience.
"Well… I did it. I had another baby!" Hudgens, 36, posted on Instagram on November 29. She shared a photo from the hospital, celebrating the arrival of her new child.
The star added, "What a crazy adventure labor is. Big shout out to all the mamas. It’s truly incredible what our bodies can do."
In a subsequent Instagram story, Hudgens revealed she experienced a burst blood vessel during labor and birth. She posted a selfie with the caption, "Labor: pushing out babies and blood vessels, lol."
Hudgens first announced her second pregnancy on Instagram in July, sharing photos with Tucker and the caption, "Round two!"
The couple previously welcomed their first child in July 2024. At the time, Hudgens wrote on Instagram that "Mom, Dad, and baby are happy and healthy." The name and sex of their first child have not been publicly disclosed.
Hudgens and the former MLB player began dating in 2020 after meeting during a Zoom meditation session. Their engagement was confirmed in February 2023.
They married in Tulum, Mexico, in December 2023. Hudgens described the event to Vogue as "truly the most magical weekend of my life."
Sources close to the couple previously indicated their shared desire to start a family. Hudgens had expressed confidence in Tucker’s parenting abilities.
She celebrated Tucker on Father’s Day in June, posting, "Happy Father’s Day to the best dad in the world. You make parenting so much more fun, musical, and magical."
Hudgens announced her first pregnancy in March 2024. She debuted her baby bump on the red carpet at the Academy Awards.
