Brazilian esports squad Imperial delivered a dominant performance at the StarLadder Budapest Major 2025 on Saturday, opening Stage 2 with a decisive 13-5 victory over fellow countrymen MIBR.
The victory on the Nuke map positions Imperial strongly in the Swiss format tournament. They now hold a 1-0 record and require two additional wins to advance to the Major’s third stage.
Imperial, which had successfully navigated Stage 1, appeared in top form for the high-stakes encounter. In contrast, MIBR entered directly into Stage 2.

Team captain Vinicius “VINI” Figueiredo leads the Imperial roster. The StarLadder Budapest Major 2025 commenced its second phase on Saturday.
Brazilian teams will face new opponents in the next round, with match times yet to be finalized. Imperial is set to play against NaVi, while MIBR will challenge Passion UA.
