Sanjay Mishra Praises Co-Star Neena Gupta: ‘Still Learn from My Senior’ at Festival

Sanjay Mishra is set to star alongside veteran actress Neena Gupta in the upcoming film ‘Vadh 2’. Mishra recently expressed significant praise for his co-star.

The actor attended the 56th International Film Festival of India (IFFI) for a special screening of ‘Vadh 2’. There, he spoke with media about his experience working on the project.

Neena Gupta was unable to attend the festival due to health reasons, as confirmed by Mishra. He noted that she would otherwise have been present.

Speaking to ANI, Mishra shared his admiration for Gupta. He stated, “Working with her offers a chance to learn and gain experience. Neena Gupta is my senior, and I still learn so much from her.”

‘Vadh 2’ tells the story of a middle-class couple facing financial struggles. Their son has relocated to the United States, leaving them burdened by loans.

Jaspal Singh Sandhu directed the film. Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg served as producers.

Mishra described ‘Vadh 2’ as an advancement from its predecessor, ‘Vadh 1’. He emphasized his range as an actor, saying, “The good thing is that as an actor, I can make you laugh and cry.”

He finds it an emotional experience to participate in a film that depicts individuals navigating difficult circumstances.

The movie is scheduled for a worldwide release on February 6 next year.
