Social media influencer Christopher Blake Griffith has filed a countersuit against NFL star Stefon Diggs. This action follows Diggs’ recent defamation lawsuit against Griffith.
Griffith denies Diggs’ defamation claims, according to a report from TMZ published on Friday, November 21. The content creator is accusing the New England Patriots wide receiver of sexual assault.
Griffith alleges Diggs “drugged and sexually assaulted him” in 2023 after a charity basketball game. He claims Diggs and others went to a Washington D.C. club that night before heading to Diggs’ home.
There, Griffith states he was sexually assaulted by Diggs and other individuals. His 2023 police report also claimed Diggs offered him “drug-laced” candy without his knowledge.
According to TMZ’s report, once at Diggs’ home, Diggs allegedly “showed Mr. Griffith his penis” and began to masturbate. Griffith claims he told Diggs to “put his penis away.”
As Griffith approached the door to leave, the NFL star reportedly tried to kiss him. The influencer then allegedly hid in Diggs’ bathroom for 45 minutes.
Griffith asserts he was threatened by Diggs’ family upon exiting the bathroom. A week later, Griffith was allegedly assaulted outside his Los Angeles apartment and sustained severe injuries.
Diggs filed his defamation lawsuit against Griffith on October 1, 2025. He refuted Griffith’s claims about that night, stating he went to his bedroom after the basketball game.
Diggs’ account claims his assistant asked Griffith to leave the house at that time.
During the summer, almost two years after the alleged incident, Griffith first took to social media to publicly accuse Diggs of the alleged assault.
Griffith posted an Instagram story denouncing the assault. He tagged the footwear brand Ugg and actress Sarah Jessica Parker in the post, both of whom participated in an Ugg campaign.
The influencer stated he was “disgusted” that Ugg would hire Diggs for the campaign. This was despite Griffith having filed a police report for the incident in May 2023.
He also shared what he described as a copy of his police report in an August 2025 Instagram post. In that post, he tagged the NFL and the Patriots.
“Are y’all really going to let Aaron Hernandez 2.0 do whatever he wants without consequence?” Griffith posted on his Instagram story. This referenced the late tight end convicted of first-degree murder in 2015.
Griffith added, “I’m aware that you’re aware and since we’re BOTH aware, let’s act accordingly.”
In a statement obtained by various media outlets, Griffith’s attorney, Jake Lebowitz, denied Diggs’ claims.
“Mr. Griffith looks forward to being able to prove to the world in court that, regardless of the fairy tale invented by Mr. Diggs’ high-profile New York attorneys, he is a victim of Mr. Diggs’ unwanted sexual advances and his brother’s violent attacks,” Lebowitz said.
