Din Check Band Debuts ‘Haseen Khwaab,’ Fusing Indian Music with Visual Art

Din Check Band has released its new song, “Haseen Khwaab,” now available across all major streaming platforms. The American-based group is known for bringing new recognition to Indian music within the United States.

The track officially launched on November 19. Its accompanying music video is notable for its vibrant visual style.

The video transforms into a moving canvas, prominently featuring colors beyond just the background or set design. Band members appear in diverse, brightly colored attire.

This visual concept draws directly from the paintings of artist Poppy Charnalia. Charnalia is also a key member of the band.

She hails from Lucknow, India, and maintains strong connections to Hindi language, poetry, and art. Charnalia contributed as a co-lyricist for the song.

The creative team behind “Haseen Khwaab” is extensive. Meenakshi Kulsreshtha handled the music composition and served as music director.

Vocal performances feature both Kulsreshtha and Priyanshi. Priyanshi also contributed as a co-lyricist.

Recording and mixing for “Haseen Khwaab” took place at Lucky Recording Studio. The instrumental lineup includes Anandini Shekhar, Sameer Bhambhani on guitar, Mike Grover on bass, and Kamal Dasu on drums.

Agraj was responsible for the video and post-production, with the Din Check Band managing overall production. Jolly Bhatia and Poppy Charnalia make special appearances in the video alongside Priyanshi.
