Brazilian esports organization MIBR faces a do-or-die scenario in the VALORANT Game Changers 2025: Championship Seoul following a comprehensive defeat that sent them to the lower bracket.
The Brazilian team MIBR GC lost 2-0 to Shopify Rebellion Gold (SRG) on Saturday, eliminating their margin for error in the global inclusive VALORANT tournament. MIBR must now win every subsequent match to remain in contention for the championship title.
Shopify Rebellion Gold secured the best-of-three series with a dominant performance. They won the first map, Pearl, with a decisive 13-1 score. The team then closed out the series by taking the second map 13-10.
Following the loss, MIBR acknowledged the difficulty of the match. “Very difficult game, we were very punished and they ended up leaving with the victory,” the team posted on social media. “Now it’s time to reset, fix the errors and sweep the Lower. Thanks for the support.”

Meanwhile, Shopify Rebellion Gold advanced to the upper bracket semifinal. They are scheduled to compete against Karmine Corp on November 26, at 11:00 UTC.
MIBR GC will return to the server on November 24, at 08:00 UTC. Their next opponent will be the victor of the match between Xipto Esports GC and Ninetails.
