OnePlus is poised to launch its Ace 6T premium smartphone, which has reportedly achieved an unprecedented 3.5 million points on the AnTuTu benchmark, signaling a major performance leap for devices featuring the upcoming Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset.
The benchmark score places the Ace 6T among the most powerful smartphones yet to be released. This impressive result emerged from the AnTuTu database, following earlier reports of the device undergoing tests on Geekbench under model number PLR110.
The Ace 6T is expected to be the first smartphone in China to integrate the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor. This highlights OnePlus’s strategy to introduce next-generation mobile performance to a key market.
The specific AnTuTu score recorded was 3,561,559 points. This score breaks down across various performance categories.
The Central Processing Unit (CPU) contributed 1,061,167 points. The Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) achieved 1,160,801 points. Memory (RAM and storage) registered 538,316 points, while the User Experience (UX) score was 801,275 points.
The Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, expected to be formally unveiled soon, is manufactured using advanced 3-nanometer technology. It reportedly shares architectural similarities with the rumored Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 flagship chipset.
The new processor is configured with eight CPU cores. Two high-performance cores operate at up to 3.80 GHz, designed for demanding tasks such as gaming or running multiple applications simultaneously. Six high-efficiency cores run at up to 3.32 GHz, balancing general task performance with optimized power consumption.
Beyond its powerful chipset, the OnePlus Ace 6T is rumored to feature a suite of premium specifications. These include a 6.83-inch 1.5K OLED display with a high 165 Hz refresh rate.
It will reportedly pack a substantial 8,000 mAh battery, supported by 100 W fast charging capabilities. Photography features include a 50-megapixel main camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera, and a 32-megapixel selfie camera.
Other reported hardware details include dual speakers, an aluminum frame, an X-axis vibration motor, and an ultrasonic under-display fingerprint sensor.
The OnePlus Ace 6T is anticipated to be available in black, green, and purple color options. A special Genshin Impact Limited Edition is also rumored to be in development.
