A video featuring actor-politician Nandamuri Balakrishna engaged in an angry exchange with a fan has quickly gone viral across social media platforms. The incident took place during a promotional event for his upcoming film ‘Akhand 2’.
Balakrishna was in Visakhapatnam to promote the sequel, accompanied by director Boyapati Sreenu and co-star Sanyuktha. The confrontation occurred at the airport where a crowd had gathered.
Reports indicate Balakrishna initially greeted fans warmly and accepted flowers. His mood reportedly changed when a fan approached too closely, particularly near women present at the event.
The actor was captured on video loudly confronting the fan. He stated, “Get aside. What are you doing here? Who asked you to come here?” Balakrishna then reportedly gestured towards the police to intervene.

Following the sharp exchange, Balakrishna continued to interact with other fans. He was seen taking selfies and engaging with the crowd.
Later, he explicitly pointed out the same fan to his security detail. He gave clear instructions, saying, “Don’t let him near me even in the evening.”
‘Akhand 2’ is a highly anticipated follow-up to the successful 2021 film ‘Akhand’. Balakrishna is slated to appear in a double role.
The film’s cast also includes Bollywood actress Harshaali Malhotra and co-star Sanyuktha. ‘Akhand 2’ is scheduled for a worldwide release on December 5.
