Jennifer Aniston and boyfriend Jim Curtis enjoyed a perfect double date with longtime friend Adam Sandler and his wife, Jackie Sandler. The outing took place at the Elle Women in Hollywood 2025 event, held Monday, November 17, at the Four Seasons Los Angeles.
Aniston, 56, was an honoree at the prestigious event. She brought Curtis, 50, as her escort for the evening. While the couple did not pose together on the red carpet, they were seated at the same table as Adam Sandler, 59, and Jackie Sandler, 51.
Adam Sandler honored Aniston with one of the night’s awards. He presented his Murder Mystery co-star as "the best in many ways." During her acceptance speech, Aniston reflected on her journey since first being recognized at the Women in Hollywood event in 2011.
The Morning Show star spoke about what motivates her. She cited "friendships and the shared belief that storytelling still matters. That baring our souls and creators still matters, something AI will never be able to duplicate, no matter how ‘smart’ it gets."
For the occasion, Aniston wore a dazzling black Ralph Lauren gown. Curtis opted for a classic tuxedo.
Aniston recently spoke highly of her new boyfriend in an Elle cover story. "Hypnosis is one of the many things he does," she shared in an interview published Wednesday, November 12. "He’s really extraordinary and helps so many people."
The actress described Curtis as "very special" and "very normal." She added that he "wants to help people heal, overcome their traumas and stagnation to achieve clarity. It’s a beautiful thing to dedicate your life to."
Aniston and Curtis were first publicly seen during a yacht trip in Mallorca over the July 4th weekend. They were with friends, including Jason Bateman and his wife, Amanda Anka. However, a source told Us Weekly at the time that they had been dating for several months.
"Jen is very happy right now, and Jim is part of the reason," a friend told Us. "He’s like a breath of fresh air, and all her close friends are completely thrilled to see them together."
Aniston subtly hinted at her new relationship on Instagram in September. She went a step further, publicly declaring her love for Curtis in an Instagram post on November 2 for his 50th birthday. She wrote, "Happy birthday, my love… I adore you ❤️," alongside a black-and-white photo of her embracing him.
Adam Sandler had previously given his approval of his friend’s new partner. He told Access Hollywood in July, "Whatever happens with Aniston, I’m happy for her. She’s a great person, whatever she does. But I always wish her the best because I love her."
Aniston and Sandler have been friends for decades. They have co-starred in films like Just Go With It, Murder Mystery, and Murder Mystery 2.
