Brazilian esports organization Vivo Keyd Stars has secured its long-term strategy for its League of Legends team, announcing multi-year contract extensions for key player Pedro “Disamis” Gonçalves and coach Ludvig “SMILEY” Granquist.
The organization confirmed on Tuesday, November 11, that professional League of Legends player Pedro “Disamis” Gonçalves has extended his contract with the team until 2028. This move signifies a significant commitment to retaining core talent following a year of mixed competitive results.
Vivo Keyd Stars stated through its X social media account that “from day one, he showed that wearing purple is more than competing, it’s believing. The commitment continues, and the future is ours.”

Disamis, who plays the jungler role, joined VKS in December 2023. He recently led the team to a major regional victory, winning Split 3 of LTA Sul in 2025 by defeating RED Canids 3-0 in the grand final.
However, the team faced an early exit at the global Worlds 2025 tournament, finishing in 12th to 14th place. The long-term contract extension suggests VKS sees Disamis as crucial for future international ambitions.
Accompanying Disamis’s renewal, the organization also announced the contract extension for coach Ludvig “SMILEY” Granquist. SMILEY also joined Vivo Keyd Stars in December 2023.
Granquist initially worked with the main League of Legends roster. He also served on the academy line-up from December 2024 to June 2025, broadening his impact within the club.
Disamis previously played for teams including VXLA, Liberty, and Fluxo before joining Vivo Keyd Stars.
