Portuguese winger Francisco Conceição experienced a day of stark contrasts for Juventus, receiving a “player of the month” award before a match only to visibly erupt in frustration after being substituted during the team’s goalless draw against Torino on Friday, November 8.
The 22-year-old was substituted in the 64th minute of the Italian league derby. He displayed clear irritation on the bench following his removal from play.
Fellow striker Dusan Vlahovic, who was also substituted at the same time, sat beside Conceição and attempted to calm him down. The efforts appeared largely unsuccessful as Conceição’s frustration remained evident.

Earlier that day, before the match commenced, Conceição received a distinct honor. Juventus fans recognized him as the club’s “Player of the Month” for October, with the winger walking to the center of the field to accept his award.
