Rajvir Jawanda’s Final Film ‘Yamla’ Set for Posthumous November 2025 Release

The final film starring late Punjabi singer and actor Rajvir Jawanda, titled ‘Yamla,’ is scheduled for release. The movie will premiere in theaters on November 28, 2025. This announcement comes approximately one month after Jawanda’s passing.

Panorama Studios and Anand Pandit Motion Pictures are handling the worldwide distribution of ‘Yamla.’ The film is presented by Gold Bridge Films & Entertainment. Rakesh Mehta directed the project, which Bally Singh Kakar produced.

Jawanda is remembered for captivating audiences with his distinctive voice and acting skills. ‘Yamla’ offers viewers a final opportunity to experience his talent on screen.

Actress Navneet Kaur Dhillon stars opposite Jawanda in the film. This marks their only on-screen collaboration.

The cast also includes renowned actors Gurpreet Ghuggi and Dheeraj Kumar. They are expected to bring both humor and emotional depth to the movie. Other cast members have described Jawanda’s presence in the film as emotionally vibrant.

Jawanda passed away on October 8, 2025, after a tragic accident. He was involved in a motorcycle collision on September 27, 2025.

The incident occurred in Baddi, a region in Himachal Pradesh, when his motorcycle struck stray cattle. Jawanda suffered severe head and spinal injuries.

He received initial medical treatment and was later placed on ventilator support. After 11 days, he succumbed to multiple organ failure in Mohali.
