The entertainment world is heartbroken today. Popular Punjabi singer Rajvir Jawanda has passed away. He fought for his life for about 11 days after a very serious road accident. Rajvir was riding his bike near Baddi, Himachal Pradesh when the crash happened. His condition was critical for over a week and a half.
A close friend of Rajvir has now shared a very emotional detail. They spoke with Daily Post Punjabi about the day of the accident. The friend revealed a poignant conversation Rajvir had with his wife right before he left home.
His wife had a strong feeling and did not want him to go out that day. She directly told him not to leave the house. She simply did not want Rajvir to be anywhere outside. Sadly, Rajvir did not listen to her concerns or warning.
Despite his wife’s worries, he decided to ride his motorcycle. He set off for Shimla. It was on this journey that the tragic accident took place. His wife’s fears, unfortunately, became a reality.
Rajvir had a deep love for biking. He often shared videos of his trips through the mountains. These videos truly showed his passion for riding.
Born in Ludhiana, Punjab, Rajvir was a well-known singer and actor. He gained fame with hit songs like ‘Kali Jawande Di,’ ‘Mera Dil,’ and ‘Sardari.’ He started his music career in 2014 with his first song, ‘Munda Like Me.’ He then worked with many famous artists, including fellow Punjabi singer Maninder Buttar. Rajvir was also recognized for his acting in several Punjabi films.
