Peloton’s Camila Ramón Unveils Debut Pop Single ‘No Hay Fotos’

Camila Ramón, the energetic face of Peloton, loves a good surprise. Earlier this week, the charismatic Argentine instructor started dropping mysterious clues on her social media. "I have something to tell you," she posted, keeping everyone guessing. Her loyal fans, knowing her playful spirit, thought she might be planning something funny, maybe a stand-up comedy show or a new monologue. But nobody, absolutely nobody, imagined what was really coming.

This past Thursday, Camila, 32, completely stunned everyone. She released her first song as a singer, titled "No Hay Fotos" (meaning "No Photos"). It’s a catchy pop track with a cool Y2K look, a hint of nostalgia, and a beat that makes you want to dance. It’s already getting people talking.

"Today there are no photos, like the ones you and I used to have. There are no photos, that show beautiful moments anymore," Camila sings with both sweetness and boldness. It’s a personal story, but it sounds familiar to many people. How did Camila move from her Peloton bike to the music stage? She explained it to a prominent news channel, Us Weekly en Español. "This project was, at first, just for me," she said. "But I realized I could also make others happy." What began as a private, emotional experiment soon became a powerful way for her to express herself.

While many know Camila for her powerful energy on the bike, she has had a close relationship with music since she was a little girl. She sang, played guitar, and danced. For many years, she even worked as a professional dancer. But she only seriously returned to singing two years ago. It became a way for her to take care of her mental health.

"After training so many years and making movement my job, I didn’t feel the same anymore," she shares with emotion. "Singing became that new space where I found myself again." The idea of releasing a song started as a fun, no-pressure creative game. But over time, that game grew into a real project. It was especially driven by the memory and inspiration of her cousin, Fede. He always inspired her and passed away during this process. Her voice cracks when she talks about him. "I know he’s watching me from somewhere, and he’s proud," she says.

The Surprise Leap

For her fans, the song’s release was a total shock. No one, not even her closest friends or her colleagues at Peloton, knew she was making music. That was part of the fun. First, she shared a short video without saying her voice was on it. When she saw people’s reactions—more than 70 messages asking about the song—she decided it had to be her first official track.

"I was terrified," she laughs, with a hint of tears. "My face was breaking out from stress last week. But it was the song that speaks to me the most so far. It was the one that had to be."

Her first single, released independently, blends sounds from hyperpop, reggaeton, and a very clear Y2K style. She worked with Peruvian producer Aloxcs and composer Cyluz to create the track. According to her, it’s about "a jerk who didn’t deserve me and who stole all my photos," she says with a mischievous grin.

"It’s a very real story, but also very common," she confesses. "The song has that young, nostalgic, fun energy. It takes me back to my own rebellious feelings and worries from the 2000s." The music video, filmed with her best friends, carries Camila’s unique touch throughout. It features her humor, rhythm, choreography, eye-catching outfits, and a carefully put-together look that shows off her creative world.

What’s Next? More Music, But No Strict Plans

Camila didn’t want to give away too much about her next songs. However, she confirmed that more music is on the way. She says this journey will be an experiment of different styles and feelings. Camila isn’t looking for a typical music career. She wants to have fun, express herself, and connect with people.

"I still don’t know where we’re headed," she says, "but we’re going to have a good time, in an Argentine Falcon." This is a nod to the single’s cover, which features that classic car.

Four Thoughts from Camila Ramón About Her Current Journey:

  • “Life is one, and it’s for having fun and hanging out with our friends.”
  • “I’m like an onion: I love to dance hard and also have a good cry.”
  • “I want to make happy music that helps people out of dark places. Even though it started for me, now it’s for them.”
  • “I don’t want to be put in a box. I can be an instructor, a singer, whatever I want. We all can.”

Where to Listen to ‘No Hay Fotos’

The song is now available on all digital music platforms. It promises to be a great addition to any playlist for dancing, smiling, and maybe even a little healing.
