Sagar Shelar, the Nashik City Chief for the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha, lodged the complaint. He took his concerns to the Cyber Police Station. According to the news agency PTI, Shelar believes the actor’s social media post questions our nation’s democratic values. He also fears it might stir up negativity among people. Interestingly, Mane’s Facebook post did not name any specific person.

The actor’s post referred to the current state of affairs in Nepal. Right now, Nepal is seeing many protests and a lot of unrest. Young people there have taken to the streets. They are protesting against the government and corruption. This wave of demonstrations has deeply affected Nepal’s political system.
