She accused an ex-boyfriend of leaking the intimate footage, calling it “one of the cruelest betrayals” she has ever faced.
“I am completely devastated,” Ladera wrote. “An intimate and private moment was leaked without my consent. This act represents one of the most brutal betrayals I’ve known.” She explained that only two people had the video: herself and the other person involved. Ladera added that this ex “lied from the start” and watched her suffer from the fallout, yet “never stepped up to protect me.”
Ladera stressed that this leak threatens her privacy. It also “attacks my dignity” and has caused immense pain to both her and her family. She is not alone in this experience, she noted. “I am not the first, nor the only one,” she stated in her post. “I am not the one who should be ashamed in this story. The shame falls on the person who betrayed me.” She declared she stands “tall, with my head held high. For me. For my family. And for all women who have been victims of a narcissist.”
Ladera’s legal team, SONUS, released its own official statement on Instagram. The lawyers confirmed that their client did not publish the content herself. They also shut down any claims that the leak was a marketing stunt. The statement made it clear that Isabella Ladera and her legal team “will take all relevant legal and criminal actions.” They aim to investigate the facts, identify those responsible, and ensure proper penalties are given.
The influencer has not named the ex-boyfriend involved in her recent statements. However, she was last publicly linked to Colombian singer Beéle. The 22-year-old musician also shared a statement through his lawyers on Tuesday to address the situation.
“We strongly reject the circulation of an intimate video,” Beéle’s lawyers wrote on Instagram. They explained that this video violates the privacy and dignity of everyone involved. They added that the incident “affects all parties” and confirmed that Beéle is also a victim of this unauthorized exposure. His legal team has asked major digital platforms and internet services to remove all links and copies of the file right away. They also requested that records be saved to help track how the video spread.
“It is important to clarify that Beéle did not leak this material, nor did he take part in sharing it,” the statement continued. His artistic career and international reputation, they said, show he has no need or interest in such events.
