Crafting that signature look wasn’t easy at all. Rakesh Roshan shared that it took a whopping six months just to design the mask for Hrithik. Adding to the challenge, the mask was actually made of wax. This choice of material created a big headache for the production team. The mask would start to melt after Hrithik wore it for only a few hours.
A 24/7 Air-Conditioned Solution
Imagine the dedication needed on set! To keep the wax mask from turning into a puddle, the crew had to come up with a rather extreme solution. An air-conditioned bus was always on standby, running 24 hours a day, stationed right there during filming. Hrithik would wear a mask for maybe three to four hours at a time. Then, they had to take it off and put on a fresh one. It sounds like a high-maintenance job for a superhero!

During her vlog, they chatted about the tough parts of designing the Krrish costumes and the challenges faced during filming.
