Rasha Thadani Rescues Three Abandoned Pets: Elsa, Azaad, Billu; Urges Adoption

Rasha shared the moving stories of Elsa, Aazad, and Billu on her Instagram. She explained that she took them in when they were very sick and vulnerable. Sharing a series of photos, Rasha wrote, “At the start of this year, we opened our hearts and home to two beautiful babies, Aazad and Elsa.”

She went on to describe how these two puppies were abandoned on a highway during a heavy rainstorm. They were fragile and terrified. Luckily, they were rescued. Now, they live safely and are showered with love in her home. Rasha highlighted that their journey serves as a powerful reminder of how adoption truly saves lives.

Rasha shared how much her new family members had struggled. She wrote that when Elsa first arrived, she was so weak that she couldn’t even stand up. She spent most of her time lying down. Aazad had been beaten by his previous owner. This was clear from the way he walked; his spine was so bent that he could barely lift his back off the ground.

But things are totally different now. Elsa and Aazad now run around freely, full of joy. They play with their toys and wag their tails with excitement every time Rasha or her family get home. It’s a true testament to the power of love and care.

Besides the two dogs, Rasha also adopted a cat named Billu. She shared that Billu, a one-eyed kitten, had simply wandered into her office one day. With proper care, vaccinations, and medicines, Billu is now a playful and energetic companion. Rasha describes Billu as a partner who entertains them daily and keeps them active.

Rasha’s message is clear: “A little love, care, and kindness goes a long way.” She ended her post with a heartfelt plea, using a hashtag to urge people to adopt animals instead of buying them. Her story is a shining example of how celebrities can use their platform for a good cause.
