Bollywood actor Salman Khan wants to return to acting in a comedy after a series of action movies. And the search for the right comedy script now seems complete.
Salman is in talks with director Anees Bazmee for a movie that ticks all the boxes for the perfect artist you’ve been waiting for. “After his work on comedies like Andaz Apna Apna, Biwi No. 1, Judwaa, Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, No Entry, Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya, Partner and Ready, it was time for Salman to do a new comedy. He’s been looking for the right story for some time and now it seems like it has finally occurred to him, ”says a production worker.
He added that filming on the film is expected to begin at the end of the year, after Salman has completed his current projects Tiger 3, Bhaijaan, and the Ravindra Kaushik biopic.
The collaboration between Salman and Anees Bazmee was very successful in the past with the films No Entry (2005) and Ready (2011), both of which became box office hits. “At the moment we are still working hard on the script. The paperwork and other aspects will be discussed as soon as Salman returns from filming Tiger 3. Then the script will also be ready and then we hope that he will agree, ”said the production employee.
